We have packaged all 5 videos for setting up rosters and ID Cards to creating tournament rosters and posting team photos.
These videos are also posted in the HELP DESK link on the website and Data Center. We have a mailing that you will be copied on that has postcards going to each league president with a label that will contain
the link for their individual league website. We except that the printer should have the postcards back to us within the next 2 weeks and then we will mail to all league presidents for 2010 and 2009 league
presidents that have not yet chartered.
Your Headquarters Operations update has us all caught up on incoming league charters and league kits going out. Right now the
mail room is sending league kits out for leagues that were approved yesterday. Service Reps are approving charters on the same day or certainly by the very next business day that charters arrive at Headquarters. The

Feel free to post links on your
website or send out. If you are a (STATE) Commissioner need an updated listed from excel please email me and I will send to you on Thursday. Remember that in order for leagues to do tournament rosters, their
regular season rosters must be online.
