The house contains two bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with a queen size bed.  There is a sofa in the living room that makes into a double bed.

The living room contains a sofa and several easy chairs.  A  table and chairs overlooks the west view of the beautiful lake,  The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, icemaker, microwave,  dishwasher, along with all dishes and silverware.

A large deck with tables and chairs provide an excellent atmosphere during spring, summer, and fall.  Outdoor grill provides for cookouts and fish fries.  There is a boat dock located on the strip pit lake.  The lake is 25 feet deep and 3/4 mile long.  Guests may fish for bluegills, crappie, or largemouth bass.  Some guests simply choose the paddleboat for a leisurely ride on the lake.
